<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although the contents of operations of a plurality of air conditioners are controlled so as not to drop a breaker or the priority of home electric appliances whose operations are previously controlled is set to limit an electric energy for a prescribed period, all the home electric appliances are not controlled. <P>SOLUTION: A power control apparatus includes a panel board 2 for leading a lighting line into the inside of a house from a commercial power source 1 and distributing an electric power to a plurality of parts, an electric power obtaining part 17 for obtaining the total electric energy of the panel board in the panel board 2, a communication part 18 communicating with the home electric appliances (7, 10, 13) installed in the house, a controller 16 having a control part 19 for determining a control signal to be transmitted to the home electric appliances in accordance with the total electric energy obtained by the electric power obtaining part 17, home electric appliance communication parts (9, 12, 15) which communicate with the controller 16 and home electric appliance control parts (8, 11, 14) for controlling the home electric appliances. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
