PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating grille, easily suitable for a ceiling surface or a wall surface, and attaining sure fixed state. SOLUTION: This ventilating grille 10 includes: an outer cylinder 13 suitable for a mounting hole opened in a plate-like member forming the ceiling surface or the wall surface of a building from the indoor side; and an outer cylinder 15 mounted in the outer cylinder 13 from the indoor side opening of the outer cylinder 13 to change an opening rate of a passage 14 formed in the outer cylinder 13. The inner cylinder 15 is mounted to rotate around the axis in the outer cylinder 13. The outer periphery of the outer cylinder 13 includes a plurality of fixtures 16 engaged with the plate-like member to fix the outer cylinder 13 by operation from the indoor side opening. A window part is provided in a position to observe the fixtures 16 from the indoor side opening of the outer cylinder 13, and a louver 18 rotatable around the axis of the inner cylinder 15 is removably mounted in the indoor side opening of the inner cylinder 15.
