PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy saving and workability, and to carry out air supply and air-conditioning of a plurality of indoor spaces by saving energy by recovering heat of a plurality of sanitary spaces while carrying out rapid ventilation. SOLUTION: The ventilation air-conditioning device includes an air supply fan 25 drawing from an outdoor air supply opening 11 and blowing from blowout openings 3, 15 of the plurality of indoor spaces 1, an exhaust fan 19 sucking from air supply openings 17, 22 of the sanitary spaces 7 and blowing from an outdoor exhaust opening 9, and a coolant circuit 52 circulating a coolant in an order of a compressor 53, a first heat exchanger 34 of a duct side of the air supply fan 25, an expansion mechanism 54, and a second heat exchanger 41 of a duct side of the exhaust fan 19, or in an order of the compressor 53, the second heat exchanger 41, the expansion mechanism 54, and the first heat exchanger 34. Heat is transferred between the first heat exchanger 34 and the second heat exchanger 41, and heating air or cooling air is supplied to the indoor spaces 1 while ventilating the plurality of sanitary spaces 7.
