<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable liquid crystal display device having enhanced durability against corrosion. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An array substrate 200 constituting a liquid crystal panel 100 includes a pixel electrode 230 arranged in each pixel PX, in an active area 120 formed opposedly to a counter substrate 300, and an electrode pad PD arranged in a space with respect to an array substrate end 200A substantially parallel to a counter substrate end 300A, in an extended part 200E extended outwards from the counter substrate end 300A, and an insulating film IL for covering the periphery of the electrode pad PD, and formed with a contact hall CH for exposing the electrode pad PD, and the contact hall CH is formed to position the center O2 thereof in an array substrate end 200A side with respect to the center O1 of the electrode pad PD.
