<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily store a suppression member when a seat is stored. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a vehicle 12, a protector 42 is provided on a vehicle rear side of a seat back 36 of a rear seat 24 in such a state that it is supported on a support 28, and when a baggage 22 of a baggage chamber 16 is moved to a front side of the vehicle, the baggage 22 collides with the protector 42 and interference of the baggage 22 to the seat back 36 is suppressed. When the seat back 36 is turned to a front side of the vehicle and the rear seat 24 is stored, a support 28 is turned through a drive gear 40 and an interlock gear 34 and support of the protector 42 by the support 28 is released, thereby, the protector 42 is approximately horizontally arranged and stored.
