<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyester resin composition and a molded product of it improving moldability of an aliphatic polyester resin, which is poor in reactivity and cannot be easily crosslinked, by tackifying effect and exhibiting excellent thermal stability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The aliphatic polyester resin composition comprises 100 pts.mass of an aliphatic polyester resin (A), 1-4 pts.mass of an acrylic resin-based modifier (B), and 0.1-1 pts.mass of a radical reaction initiator (C). In the aliphatic polyester resin composition (A) principally consisting of a polymer having a lactic acid unit, a content of lactide or lactic acid is less than 0.2 mass%, and a polymer acid value is 1-5 eq/ton. In the acrylic resin-based modifier (B), a glass transition temperature (Tg) is 0°C or higher, the number of mean epoxy groups per one molecule is 3-30, and mass average molecular weight is 1,000-30,000.
