PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal holder capable of preventing idling of a bus bar relative to a holder even if there is only one fixing point under thermal caulking. SOLUTION: A terminal holder 4 comprises a holder 21 of insulating synthetic resin, and a plurality of bus bars 22-25. A fixing projection 34 is integrally formed with the holder 21. A fixing hole 44 which the fixing projection 34 penetrates is formed at each of the bus bars 22-25. At one point of the periphery of the fixing hole 44, a hooking part 46 having a space communicated with the inside of the fixing hole 44 is formed. The bus bars 22-25 are fixed to the holder 21 when the fixing projection 34 penetrating the fixing hole 44 is thermally caulked, with the fixing projection 34 partially filling a hooking part 46.
