<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for heat-treatment having oxidizing resistance and carburizing resistance at low cost and absorbing the strain caused by thermal-expansion and having excellent durability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tool (1) for heat-treatment showing almost box-form from a bottom-surface part (2) and sidewall parts (3) is manufactured by casting. The bottom-surface part (2) is constituted with a lattice-state from the plurality of bar-state members (11, 11, ...) in a first group and the plurality of the bar-state members (12, 12, ...) in a second group. Anyone of the bar-state members (11, 12, ...) does not come simultaneously into contacted with the sidewalls (4, 4) of the opposite two surfaces.
