<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus of a (meth)acrylic acid hydroxyalkyl ester that permits stable production of a (meth)acrylic acid hydroxyalkyl ester for long terms. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The production apparatus 10 of a (meth)acrylic acid hydroxyalkyl ester is equipped with a reactor 16 for obtaining a (meth)acrylic acid hydroxyalkyl ester by causing (meth)acrylic acid to react with an alkylene oxide and an ejector 20 for sucking gases in the reactor 16, where the ejector 20 is equipped with a suction chamber with a suction port of the gases, a nozzle inserted into the suction chamber and a diffuser which is arranged connectedly to the suction chamber coaxially with the direction of the axis of the nozzle and is provided with a fluid path penetrating therethrough in the direction of the axis and the ejector 20 is installed so that the axis thereof is perpendicular to the horizontal surface.
