<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-repellent coating film capable of stably holding an air layer over a long period of time in the water-repellent coating film, and to provide a liquid transportation piping. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the water-repellent coating film, the average pore diameter of pores formed on the film is ≥5 nm and ≤50 nm, the porosity of the film is ≥15 vol.% and ≤50 vol.%, and inorganic particles are included in the film. Also, the liquid transportation piping is for transportation liquid, and the water-repellent coating film is formed on the inner surface of the piping for transporting the liquid by being allowed to pass through the inside.
