The plant has a propeller connected with an engine-driven vehicle e.g. passenger car, such that an energy is produced in support of a power engine, where the propeller is provided with a step-up gear unit. A windmill-wing includes maximum dimensioned diameter within boundaries set by vehicle width and structure clearance-height, and generates a highest possible torque output. The windmill-wing is aligned opposite to a vehicle longitudinal axis with an optimal blade angle (alpha) and with an outwardly increased twisting.
