PURPOSE: An Ilium-derived bone marrow plasma for treating shoulder joint damage is provided to lower recurrence of damage after surgery and increase repair rate. CONSTITUTION: An ilium-derived bone marrow plasma for treating shoulder joint damage is transparent supernatant which is obtained after centrifugation. A pharmaceutical composition for treating shoulder damage contains one or more kinds selected among cytokine IL-12(P40), IP-10 and RANTES and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The pharmaceutical composition is used in the form of skin external formulation.
