摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing rice noodles containing seaweed fulvescens powder is provided to promote rice consumption. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing rice noodles containing seaweed fulvescens powder comprises the following steps of: preparing 280-350g rice flour, 120-150 wheat flour, 2-2.5g salt, 30-50ml water, 1.25-1.56ml grape seed oil, eggs, and 8-30g freeze-dried seaweed fulvescens powder; beating the eggs; adding the rice flour to the egg and kneading first dough; preparing salt water and adding the seaweed fulvescens powder into it; adding the wheat flour and grape seed oil to the salt water containing seaweed fulvescens powder, and kneading second dough; kneading the first and second dough together; and producing noodles using a noodle-making machine.
