PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing organic silicon compound, combining with a composition for washing and/or caring keratinous fiber is provided to ensure volume and satisfying softness. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition combining with a composition for washing and/or caring keratinous fiber comprises at least one organic silicon compound, at least one or more cathodic surfactant, and one or more organic acid. The organic silicon compound is selected from silane containing one silicon atom and a siloxane containing two or three silicon atoms. The silane is selected from a compound of the chemical formula I.
