The present invention relates generally to the field of diagnostic and prognostic assays for a gynecological condi-tion. More particularly, the present invention provides an assay for diagnosing the presence of or a risk of having a gynecological cancer or a sub-type thereof or a stage of the cancer or complications arising therefrom or other gynecological condition including an inflammatory disorder.
