DENSITY CONTROL SYSTEM, PRINTING DEVICE, AND DENSITY CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control a density of a tint block image relatively to the case where the density of the tint block image is adjusted through sensary evaluation.

SOLUTION: A density control system includes: a density measuring image forming section 21 for forming an image for measuring a density of a latent image portion and an image for measuring a density of a background portion through a printing device 1 for printing a tint block image including the latent image portion and the background portion; a density measuring section 22 for measuring a density of the image for measuring the density of the latent image portion and a density of the image for measuring the density of the background portion; and a density control section 23 for controlling at least either the density of the latent image portion or the density of the background portion in printing the tint block image through the printing device 1 based on a result of the density measurement.
