<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble such as terminal short-circuiting even when pitches of electrodes are narrowed. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibration element 1 includes a base 10 and a vibrating arm 18 supported by the base 10. In the vibrating arm 18, a plurality of excitation electrodes 26 are formed, the base 10 comprises a resin projection 40 and in the resin projection 40, a terminal electrode 42 is formed to be electrically connected to the plurality of excitation electrodes 26. Inside a package 44, a plurality of fixed electrodes 46 are included and the piezoelectric vibration piece 1 is housed inside. The base 10 of the piezoelectric vibration element 1 and the package 44 are adhered by an insulated adhesive 48. The plurality of terminal electrodes 42 and the plurality of fixed electrodes 46 are in contact with each other oppositely.
