<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the quantity of a heat to a thermal resistance or more in a bypass resistance element R1. <P>SOLUTION: An inverter circuit 3 has an inverter-circuit protective device 5 controlling the application of a high voltage to the inverter circuit 3 by making a current flow through the bypass resistance element R1 when a DC voltage input to the inverter circuit 3 reaches a threshold value or more. The inverter-circuit protective device 5 estimates the quantity of the heat in the bypass resistance element R1, and has a protective-device control section 7 stopping a 4WD driving control when the quantity of the heat estimated reaches an abnormal-decision threshold value or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
