<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a stable operation as the whole system for supplying power through a transmission path. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 207 decides which of power supplied by a connector 203 for receiving the supply of power from a power source 109 and power supplied by a connector 204 for receiving the supply of power from an external device through a transmission path has a higher power voltage value.
