<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driven power steering control device for controlling a motor without directly detecting a motor current while sufficiently reducing the influence of a torque fluctuation or disturbance of the motor on a driver. <P>SOLUTION: The motor driven power steering control device is provided for a motor driven power steering which has a torque sensor for detecting the steering torque of a steering system and the motor for generating torque to assist the steering torque. It comprises a motor target torque computing means for computing the torque of the motor corresponding to a steering torque signal from the torque sensor, and a motor-applied voltage computing means for computing voltage applied onto the motor corresponding to a motor target torque signal from the motor target torque computing means, wherein the ratio of the steering torque signal for the motor target torque computing means to the motor target torque is set so that a value for the influence of the torque fluctuation of the motor on a driver is a predetermined value or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
