<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue communication by avoiding destruction of a communication circuit by constituting a sneak circuit of the communication circuit from a power source in a case where a power source line also serving as a communication line is connected or disconnected, in an air conditioner constituted of an outdoor device and an indoor device which are connected while the power source line and the communication line are made into one. <P>SOLUTION: A communication circuit is constituted of an outdoor communication means 11, a power feeding means 12, an indoor communication means 21, a power receiving means 22, an indoor communication control means 23 and an indoor main power-on/off means 24.
