<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy manufacturing method of a pulse code wheel for rotary encoder, capable of setting the center of a fitting hole to which a rotary shaft is fitted and the rotating center of an optical modulation track within allowable values. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the pulse code wheel for rotary encoder, the pulse code wheel including, in a central portion, a fitting hole into which a rotary shaft of a rotary member is fitted and a code portion, including a pulse code radially formed in a circumferential edge portion, comprises a concentric circle forming step of forming, in an original plate, the code portion and a concentric circle having a radius larger than a radius of the hole by a tolerance of deviation between a center position of the code portion and a center position of the hole and having the center in the same position as that of the code portion; and a fitting hole forming step of forming the hole in the original plate in which the code portion and the concentric circle are formed, to be contained in the concentric circle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
