PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the space factor of a winding by reducing the space of a winding opening.

SOLUTION: Main conductors 28 and two auxiliary conductors 30 and 32 thinner than the main conductors 28 in response to the main conductors 28 are wound on a split core 12 for a stator 10. The main conductors 28 are aligned and wound in a plurality of layers, and the main conductors 28 in upper layers are arranged in bottom sections among the adjacent main conductors 28 of the same layers. The auxiliary conductors 30 and 32 are disposed in a first space and a second space surrounded by the main conductors 28 adjacent to the left and right of the same layers and bobbins 26 to the main conductors 28a to 28h of a first layer. The auxiliary conductors 30 are disposed in a third space surrounded by the main conductors 28 adjacent to the left and right of lower layers to the second layer and subsequent main conductors 28i etc. The auxiliary conductors 32 are arranged in a fourth space surround by the main conductors 28 adjacent to one of the same layers and the main conductors 28 adjacent to one of the lower layers.
