<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To desirably measure the change of location and shape of the tumor and organs so that the radiation beam can be appropriate controlled. <P>SOLUTION: A region of interest (ROI) corresponding to a soft tissue mass is tracked in a training video acquired by sonography. The location of the ROI is used to construct a directed graph in which each node represents a location of the tracked ROI, and the edges represent temporal location of the ROI.
