<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an intermediate image changed in an almost linear shape to look at with respect to the linear change of a change stage at the time of formation of the intermediate image on the way changed from one to the other of two pseudo three-dimensional images formed by ray casting under set conditions of two different opacity degrees. <P>SOLUTION: The set condition of opacity is determined by determining the opacity degree allocated correspondingly to each pixel value so that a change in the opacity degree to be allocated with respect to the change of a stage becomes little as the stage of a change in the intermediate image becomes near to the pseudo three-dimensional image formed under the set condition of the less opacity degree of the set conditions of two different opacity degrees allocated according to the respective pixel values and the intermediate image is formed by the ray casting of the three-dimensional image from the optional view point under the set condition of the determined opacity degree. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
