<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology required for attaining appropriate light-distribution control in real time without restricting a visual field of a driver of a reference vehicle beyond necessity. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-dazzling area map produced by an anti-dazzling area map production device 1 makes each of a division area obtained by dividing a photographing area of an on-vehicle camera to a lattice form associate with a border distance in the division area making the maximum value of a set inter-vehicle distance presumed that a driver of an object vehicle is dazzled (feeling glare as uncomfortable) by a headlight of the reference vehicle as the border distance. Accordingly, according to the dazzling area map, if the division area where the object vehicle is photographed in a photographing image obtained from the on-vehicle camera of the reference vehicle (more concretely, where an eye point of the driver is positioned) and a distance between the object vehicle and the reference vehicle are found, it can be immediately presumed whether or not the driver of the object vehicle is dazzled by the head light of the reference vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
