<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid resin composition and a polylactic acid resin-molded article, having an excellent heat resistance, impact resistance and also flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: This polylactic acid resin composition containing the polylactic acid resin and a metal hydrate of which the surface is treated with an isocyanate-based silane-coupling agent is provided with that the metal hydrate of which the surface is treated with the isocyanate-based silane-coupling agent is obtained by treating the isocyanate-based silane-coupling agent and the metal hydrate by the ratio of (the isocyanate-based silane-coupling agent)/(the metal hydrate)=(0.1/99.9) to (5/95) (by mass ratio).
