PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed a fluid with uniform consistency. SOLUTION: A fluid feeder is equipped with an accommodation casing part for holding the fluid supplied to a feeding destination, a feeding way wherein the fluid staying in the accommodation casing part flows, a pumping member for making the fluid in the feeding way flow, and a control part that controls the fluid flow by the rump member to make the fluid flow to the feeding destination by flowing the fluid in the feeding way to the feeding destination side after flowing it to the accommodation casing part side.
