PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate capable of retaining an end part of a protection duct by covering an circumference edge part of a wall through-hole even if the wall through-hole is bored near an inside corner part of a plurality of wall surfaces. SOLUTION: This decorative plate comprises a cylindrical plate main body part B through which the protection duct D can pass, and an annular decorative flange part F provided on one end part in an axial center C direction of the plate main body part B toward a radial direction outside. The plate main body part B and the decorative flange part F are divided into two by each division surface S1, S2along two radial direction not positioned on a diameter. Center angle of each division surface S1, S2exceeds 180°. A divided opening 1 is divided into a first division body P1smaller than an inner diameter d of the plate main body part B and another second division body P2. A fixing piece part (fixing part) 11 to a wall surface W11is formed on a first division decorative flange part F1of the first division body P1at a side of the division opening 1 with respect to a line segment composing inner diameter (diameter) d of a first division plate main body part B1.
