PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-controlled variable frequency oscillation circuit capable of securing a wide frequency variation region in accordance with a capacitance variation region of a variable capacitive element. SOLUTION: The voltage-controlled variable frequency oscillation circuit includes an oscillation circuit section 103 including a resonance circuit 101 which has coils L1 and L2 and variable capacitive elements 111 and 112, and a negative resistance circuit 102. A first resistor 301 is provided between the oscillation circuit section 103 and a power supply potential VDD.
