PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide measuring elements capable of easily measuring ammonia and chlorine with high sensitivity, and measuring devices and measuring methods using the same. SOLUTION: The ammonia measuring element includes a piezoelectric body and electrodes set on both sides across the piezoelectric body, a metal which forms a compound with ammonia is present on surfaces of the electrodes. The chlorine measuring element includes a piezoelectric body and electrodes set on both sides across the piezoelectric body, and a metal which forms a compound with chlorine is present on surfaces of the electrodes.
