PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid composition containing a titanium-based inorganic oxide fine particle, in which a problem such as blackening owing to color tone changes of a high boiling point organic compound, particularly, a polymerizable organic compound does not occur or is restrained even when the liquid composition containing the titanium-based inorganic oxide fine particle is treated at comparatively high temperature of≥150°C. SOLUTION: The liquid composition containing the titanium-based inorganic oxide fine particle is obtained by dispersing the inorganic oxide fine particle, which is obtained by covering the surface of a core particle, that consists of a titanium oxide fine particle or a titanium-based compound oxide fine particle containing titanium and silicon at the least, with a compound oxide containing zirconium and silicon at the least, in the polymerizable organic compound. The liquid composition containing the titanium-based inorganic oxide fine particle comprises an alkali metal element of 2.0-6.0 wt.%, in terms of the oxide thereof, of the total weight of the inorganic oxide fine particle on the inside and surface of the inorganic oxide fine particle.
