PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an air bleeding section of a simplified structure which bleeds air from a cooling water passage as a fluid discharging structure of a fluid control device, and also to simply and surely perform air bleeding. SOLUTION: An air bleeding section 30 for fluid discharge is provided at the upper part of a housing 11 of the device, and composed of: a cock holding hole 31 formed at the upper end of the housing; an air bleeding cock 32 freely slidably held in the cock holding hole and having an outer end 32a pressed for operation; an air bleeding hole 33 for allowing a part of the cock holding hole in a longitudinal direction to be formed at the outside of the housing; and a spring means 25 for constantly biasing upward the air bleeding cock to protrude upward a cock outer end. The air bleeding cock and the cock holding hole form an air bleeding circuit 40 which constantly interrupts communication between a cooling water passage and the air bleeding hole by causing the cock to protrude upward and which connects them when the cock outer end is pressed.
