<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plough supporting device capable of providing a following property or a strong propelling force higher than those of a conventional mounting technology when the device is mounted on a work vehicle such as construction machinery and snow removal vehicles. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This supporting device 1 enabling the mounting of a plough 3 on a work vehicle comprises a base 10 fixed to the work vehicle, a parallel link 20 (21, 22) having one end rotatably supported on the base 10 and the other end rotatably mounted on the plough 3 for vertically swinging the plough 3, and a damping machine 30 for absorbing and damping the vibration of the plough 3 relative to the vehicle which is generated by the irregularities of a road surface through a built-in elastic body.
