PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To autonomously change the management configurations of a network to which a plurality of device systems are connected. SOLUTION: In a network to which a plurality of device systems are connected, one of a plurality of devices as a master device collects data from the other devices, and the remaining devices as slave devices transmit data to the parent device. When the load of the master device becomes high, at least one of the slave devices is selected and upgraded to a master device.
