PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support mechanism of an antenna device, capable of improving assembleability by facilitating alignment of an antenna rack and a transmitter receiver rack. SOLUTION: The support mechanism of a radio communication device 1 includes a transmitter rack 12 to support a transmitter 121 and the like, the antenna rack 13 to support an antenna 131, and a flexible waveguide 14 to connect the waveguide connecting part 131c of the antenna 131 to a waveguide connecting part (not shown) on the transmitter side. The mechanism includes a connecting fitting 15 used as a connecting means to connect the antenna rack 13 to the transmitter receiver rack 12, and the antenna rack 13 is connected to the transmitter receiver rack 12 by the connecting fitting 15, thereby aligning both racks 12, 13.
