<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive fire hose light emitting device without the need of a secondary luminous body such as a flashlight and without the need of the time and an expensive device in order to visually recognize a fire hose used at nighttime or on the spot without illuminations in a dark place. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fire hose light emitting device includes a mounting body 5 wound and mounted around the fire hose 1 and a mixing chemical luminous body 7 attached to the mounting body 5. The mixing chemical luminous body 7 includes such a structure that two kinds of liquids to chemically emit light by being mixed are separately housed beforehand, it is deformed by the swelling of the fire hose 1 by water distribution, the separating part is torn, and the two kinds of liquids are mixed and chemically emit the light.
