an information feedback confirmation method for physical uplink shared channel, includes the steps of: a base station carrying a number value of a downlink sub-frame corresponding to the confirmation information which is fed back by one uplink sub-frame in the downlink control information, and the data is transported on the multiple continuous downlink sub-frames which is after the downlink sub-frames carried downlink control information(S202), in which the amount of the transmitted downlink sub-frame is equal to the amount of the downlink sub-frame corresponding to the confirmation information fed back by a uplink sub-frame; the data from the downlink sub-frame which transports the data after the downlink sub-frame is received, when the user equipment receives the downlink sub-frame which carries the downlink control information, the received confirmation information is fed back to the base station through a physical uplink shared channel(S204). By the present invention, the feedback efficiency and system work efficiency are improved and the characteristic of the uplink single carrier wave is ensured, the lost of downlink data is solved, and the delay is reduced, thus the capability of the system is ensured.
