<p>A water saving device which, independent of the magnitude of the water pressure on the supply side and of the amount of water supply, achieves the water discharge pressure and amount allowing the user to comfortably use water and which can reduce the amount of use of water per unit time. A water saving device formed as a hollow tubular body and connected to a water flow pipe. A first plate body is placed in the hollow tubular body so as to be perpendicular to the direction of flow of clean water flowing in the water flow pipe. The first plate body has first water flow holes arranged at predetermined circumferential intervals. Guide members are arranged on those portions of a downstream wall of the first plate at which the first water flow holes are formed. The guide members guide the flow of the clear water, flowing downstream through the first water flow holes, in the same circumferential direction while directing the flow obliquely downward.</p> |
