An advertisements releasing method, system and equipment in the mobile communication network are disclosed to increase user ease of use and applicability while releasing advertisements in the mobile communication network. The method includes: an advertisement service control equipment receives the advertisement event report produced while the mobile communication network event happens; obtains the feature information of the mobile communication network event according to the advertisement event report, and obtains the advertisement matching the feature information of the mobile communication network event in the advertisement database; and releases the matching advertisement to the mobile users related to the mobile communication network event.
