<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a low torque based on fluid lubrication by increasing a fluid thickness of a sliding face in a sealing device 1 constituted in such a manner that: a seal lip 6 slidingly and tightly contacting with the peripheral face of a mating member is arranged at the member; a sealing fluid inclined face 7 and an anti-sealing fluid inclined face 8 are formed at the seal lip 6; and a screw 9 which presses back the sealing fluid by a pumping operation during rotation is arranged at the anti-sealing fluid inclined face 8. <P>SOLUTION: An intermediate face 11 is formed between the sealing fluid inclined face 7 and the anti-sealing fluid inclined face 8, and a screw 12 in a reverse direction for sucking the sealing fluid by the pumping operation during rotation is arranged at the intermediate face 11. The screw 12 in the reverse direction is formed into a protrusive shape having an inclined face 13a which gradually becomes high in height toward the sliding direction of the mating member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
