PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase ease with which one mobile terminal acquires digital contents acquired by another mobile terminal.

SOLUTION: A mobile terminal has: a means for acquiring information indicating the recipient of the digital contents; a means for acquiring content information included in the digital content; a means for registering the content information and information indicating the recipient of the digital contents; and a means for reporting the registered content information and the information indicating the recipient of the digital contents to another mobile terminal.
