PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon ticket issuing system for enabling a company who provides merchandise or a service to a selling store or the selling store to efficiently issue a coupon or a service ticket with a small load on it.

SOLUTION: The selling store server 11 of each of a plurality of selling stores 10, the coupon server 21 of coupon ticket issuing institution 20 and the manufacturing supply company server 51 of a manufacturing supply company 50 are connected to a network 40, and user terminals 31 of a plurality of users 30 are connected to the network 40. A link to the coupon site of the coupon issuing institution 20 is attached to the Web site of the selling store 10, and the coupon server 21 transmits coupon information to the user terminal 31 who has accessed to the coupon site.
