<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing sintered ore by which the use quantity of an anthracite or powdery coke to be used as coagulating material is reduced and the reducing material rate in a blast furnace process can be decreased by improving the productivity of the sintered ore and the property to be reduced in a sintered ore producing process using iron ore powder including crystallized water as a sintering raw material. <P>SOLUTION: Some or all of the iron ore powder including the crystallized water such as Pisalite or Marra Manba minerals to be used as the sintering raw material in the sintered ore producing process are subjected to preliminary reduction in a reduction furnace of fluidized layer, etc., using a reducing gas of blast furnace gas, etc. Then, the crystallized water in the iron ore powder is removed, and also hematite in the powdery ore is reduced into magnetite or wustite. Then the raw material prepared by blending the pre-reduced powdery ore and the other powdery, miscellaneous iron source, auxiliary raw materials, returned ore and coagulating material is used in the sintered ore producing process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
