PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object guidance device that can be produced at low cost and which can safely guide a moving object. SOLUTION: A moving object guidance device 62 includes a basic block 100 having a main surface 110; a reflection arrangement 102, having two reflecting surfaces mutually combined at a right angle so as to form a ridge line, and a support column 122 that supports the reflecting arrangement 102 to the basic block, such that the ridge line is within an orthogonal plane against the main surface 110 and that the two mirror surfaces are plane-symmetric, with respect to this orthogonal plane. The support column 122 supports the reflection arrangement 102, such that the absolute value of an angle, made by a normal line to the main surface 110 and the ridge line supported by the reflecting arrangement 102, becomes larger than 0°and smaller than 5°. The entering angle guidance device 62 may further include reflecting arrangements 104 and 106, that are similar to the reflecting arrangement 102 and whose angles formed with the main surface 110 are different.
