PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the mounting workability of a gear shaft to a gear case, eliminating the work of lifting up a shaft end from the surface of a bulkhead and inserting the same end to an shaft end support section. SOLUTION: An induction top surface 12a that induces the shaft end of a reverse shaft 20 to the position of a top face plane 6b in a ring-shaped stepped section 6a along the bulkhead 4 is present on the surface 4a of the bulkhead 4. Therefore, after the shaft end of the shaft 20 is loaded on the top surface 4c of the section 4b, the shaft end of the shaft 20 is moved in the direction of a reverse shaft hole 6 along the bulkhead 4, thereby allowing the shaft end of the shaft 20 to be moved with itself induced by the plane 12a. This allows the shaft end of the shaft 20 to easily reach the top surface 6b of the section 6a without lifting up the shaft end of the shaft 20.
