<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more properly and reliably retrieve information closely related to a current process. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A retrieval system for setting a retrieval keyword for jobs arranged by a plurality of job processes, and for extracting and displaying document data relevant to the retrieval keyword includes: a means 102 for setting a keyword relevantly to each job process; a means 106 for designating a retrieval keyword relevantly to the job process; and a means 109 for performing weighting showing the degree of relevancy to the keyword set to a job process different from the job process whose retrieval keyword has been designated to obtain a weighted keyword.
