<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive imaging lens which is excellent in mass productivity, and has excellent aberration performance by relaxing a constraint on lens shape in a wafer-scale lens, to provide a method for manufacturing the imaging lens, and to provide the imaging apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Layered basic part and surface part are formed on the same plane of a lens substrate. Even when energy curable material is used for a lens part formed in a lens block included in the imaging lens, the thin basic part and the surface part are successively formed, so that the lens part, and the imaging lens having higher performance is obtained.
