<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition which is excellent in initial adhesive force, little changes adhesive force with the passage of time, hardly stains the surface of an adherend after peeled from the adherend, or the like, contains an acrylic block copolymer (A) as a main component, and can form an adhesive layer, and to provide an adhesive tape using the adhesive composition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The adhesive composition is obtained by adding a blocking-preventing agent having compatibility with an adhesive polymer and solid at ordinary temperature from the outside.
