<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for a liquid vessel capable of decreasing liquid remaining in the vessel without being extracted from the vessel, and to provide a method for extracting the liquid from the vessel with the tool. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The jig 100 attached to an outlet 11 of the liquid of the liquid vessel such a liquid container and the like includes an outer pipe member 110 connected to the outlet 11 of the liquid, and an inner pipe member 120 one portion of which includes one end having an opening 120a is arranged in the inside of the outer pipe member 110.
